In-person Class Policies

Cancellation and Refund Policy (Intro to NCT classes)

We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we have formulated a cancellation and refund policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances while maintaining the viability of our classes. Please review the following policy carefully before registering for a class:

Early Bird Pricing: Available until one month before the class start date.

Refund Policy:

  • 30 days to 14 days before the class start date: If you cancel your registration within this period, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the class fee paid.
  • Less than 14 days before the class start date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two weeks of the class start date.

Credit Policy:

  • Within 14 days of the class start date: While refunds are not available, you may opt to have the full cost of the class held as a deposit for a future class or as a credit towards an online course offering. This must be requested via email to [email protected] within 14 days of the class start date. Failure to communicate before the start of class will result in a loss of this credit.
  • Credit Redemption: Any credits issued must be used within one calendar year of the original class's date.

Payment Policy:

  • Full Payment: All classes must be paid in full before the end of the first day of the class. Participants who have not settled their balances by this time will not be permitted to continue attending the class.

By registering for a class, you agree to this cancellation and refund policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How to Register for a Class

Registration for in-person classes is made available to anyone with an active Massage Therapy License as soon as the live course as been confirmed. Registration for online courses is ongoing and available to anyone holding an active Massage Therapy license. Each online course offering and in-person course offering has its own registration page. Available course offerings and their registration pages are listed on this page (click here.) By making a payment through the registration page, your registration is confirmed and reserves your seat in class.

Registration Deadlines for In-Person Classes

Registration for all in-person classes will close 10 days before the first day of class. This allows us to prepare the correct amount of equipment and printed resources for all registered students. Registration will close early if all spots are reserved prior to this deadline.

RETREAT POLICIES

Cancellation and Refund Policy (2024 Grad's Retreat)

We understand that plans can change, and we have developed the following refund policy to provide our participants with flexibility while also maintaining a commitment to our retreat schedule:

  • 45 Days to 14 Days Before the Retreat Start Date:
  • Cancellations made during this period will be eligible for a 50% refund of the class fee paid, minus the deposit. This policy is designed to provide some flexibility for our participants while also allowing us time to adjust our reservations and potentially fill vacated spots.
  • Less than 14 Days Before the Retreat Start Date:
  • Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two weeks of the retreat start date. As the retreat approaches, we incur certain costs that cannot be recovered, which is reflected in this policy.
  • Security Deposit:
  • A portion of your payment, amounting to $500, is considered a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your spot and is retained to cover administrative costs and potential losses associated with last-minute cancellations.
  • For non-participant partner registrations, the first $500 or 50% of the partner payment (whichever is smaller) is considered the non-refundable deposit.

We recommend that all participants carefully consider their schedules and personal commitments before registering for the retreat. We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
